It has been years since the Fenix Hotel has set itself the success of your holiday as a goal.
The hotel, recently restored, faces onto an equipped private beach on the seafront.
From here you can enjoy the splendid views of the Gulf of Venice, the lagoon and the Dolomites.

Located within a 25-km radius from Venice and Marco Polo airport, the Fenix Hotel can be easily reached by the main motorways and the public transport, departing from Mestre Railway Station. Besides, the famous Cavallino port area is only 300 metres from the Hotel. Punta Sabbioni, the ferry-boat terminal for Venice by water, is roughly ten Kilometres away, 10 minutes' drive. For those who prefer travelling by bus, there is a frequent bus service that will take them there in a short time.
Likewise for Treporti, a preferential approach route to the Islands of Burano, Torcello and Murano.

Rooms

The rooms, 12 of which overlooking the sea, have been fitted out in every detail in order to offer the best comfort. They are spacious and well-lit. They all have windows looking onto the sea and are about 16/17 square metres with rolled wood floor.
They all feature: fridge, shower, telephone, air conditioning, balcony, ensuite facilities, heating, satellite television, hairdrier, wake-up service.

Restaurant

The spacious, pleasant room allows dining with the scenary of a terrace overlooking the sea. The buffet breakfast offers a wide choice of sliced meats and salami, cheeses, eggs, different types of bread, cereals, yoghurt, brioches, cakes and fruit. Our chef and his assistants are waiting for you and wish to offer you a choice of local, regional and international dishes.
